A very large and Rare Chinesco (Type D) seated figure from West Mexico, ca. 100 BCE-250 BCE. This beautiful and well executed figure depicts a female figure with arms to her stomach and wearing a head band, earrings, necklace. The facial features of this superb piece are extremely detailed. All the paint now one from its age. A nice and rare example for the size! Displays impressively. 19 1/4" in height. The piece will come with a TL test from Ralf Kotalla.
