Pre-Columbian Chinesco painted figure from west Mexico, ca. 100 BCE-250 CE. Beautifully type C seated figure with splayed legs painted in white ground and red details. Nice traces of root marks all over the figure attesting to its age. The paint is still quite vibrant. 8" in height. The stand is not original to this figure but it holds the figure quite well so if you would like it included just let me know and I will include it.
