This exceptional Nazca ceramic vessel is a remarkable example of Pre-Columbian artistry, showcasing the skill and cultural symbolism of the ancient Nazca civilization (200 BCE–600 CE). Expertly handcrafted, the vessel features a distinctive anthropomorphic form with a sculpted human head at the top, expressive facial features, and intricately painted surfaces.

The design is adorned with bold geometric patterns and stylized figures, rendered in a rich palette of earthy red, ochre, black, and white pigments. One side prominently displays wave-like motifs, while the other features carefully detailed human or mythological figures, possibly depicting ceremonial scenes or cultural narratives.

The vessel's rounded, bulbous form complements the artistry, making it both aesthetic and functional—a reflection of the Nazca people's mastery of ceramic craftsmanship. This piece is in excellent condition, retaining its vivid colors and intricate detail despite its age.  8” in height , 7 1/2” in diameter.
