Authentic Pre-Columbian terracotta female figure from the Pihuamo culture of Western Mexico, dating to approximately 300 BCE–300 CE. Expertly hand-modeled in redware with traces of original pigment, this figure features the characteristic stylized facial form, elongated head, and rounded body with arms curved toward the torso. The piece exhibits the distinct sculptural style of Pihuamo artisans, known for their expressive yet minimalist features.
Condition: Overall very good for age, with minor surface wear and encrustations consistent with ancient burial. No modern repairs detected.
