Authentic bronze AE coin of the Ptolemaic Kingdom, struck at Alexandria during the later Ptolemaic period, circa 116–51 BC.
This type was issued under Ptolemy IX through Ptolemy XII, featuring classic dynastic iconography combining Greek and Egyptian religious symbolism.
